Jesse Chen, MA, TLLP

 

Jesse received his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Wayne State University. His primary interests include working with families, couples, and individual adults. In this vein, he is also interested in working with people from multicultural and LGBTQ+ communities. He has worked with clients who have struggled with depression, anxiety, and relational and familial issues. His therapeutic approach is eclectic and oriented towards existential, psychodynamic, and person-centered therapy. He additionally employs cognitive-based and solution-focused therapies in practice. He works out of the Dearborn East location.​​​

Mariam Daweeth, MS, TLLP

​

Mariam earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Michigan–Dearborn and her Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and Psychology from Michigan State University. She provides therapy for adults and conducts psychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults, including assessments for ADHD and learning, cognitive, and personality concerns. She works with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship or family conflict, behavioral and self-esteem challenges, identity concerns, and major life transitions. Mariam is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. She combines psychodynamic insight with skills-based strategies, helping clients both explore underlying patterns and build practical tools for change. Mariam is fluent in Arabic and Chaldean.

Michelle Lupro, MA, LLPC

​

Michelle earned her Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults of various backgrounds dealing with PTSD/trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, ADHD, grief and loss, and attachment difficulties. She uses an eclectic approach stemmed from a psychodynamic lens that is also derived using CBT and strengths-based orientations. Michelle promotes change by utilizing a trauma-informed perspective, support through empathy, and meeting the client where they are at in the therapeutic process.

Gerry Manrique, MSW, LMSW

​

Gerry is a Master’s level Clinical Social worker who received his degree from the University of Michigan.  He has over twenty years of experience working with adults, youth, and families.   Gerry currently works with adults struggling with feelings of anxiety or depression as well as couples who are experiencing conflict in their relationship.  Additionally, he has extensive experience working with adolescents having behavioral issues in the home, school, or community.  Gerry is fluent in the Spanish language.

Jordan McKinney, MS, LLPC

​

Jordan graduated from Walden University in 2021 with a Master’s of Science in Forensic Psychology, and Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in marriage, couples, and families. Jordan has experience in working with children and adolescents who have ASD, ADHD, and other behavioral issues. She has a strong passion for working with children, adolescents, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, social/school issues, communication, stress management, emotional disturbances, and anger. Jordan strives to create a welcoming, warm environment for all of her clients based on their individual needs. She meets clients on their level and provides an enriching and safe experience for them.

Olivia Moquin, MS, LLP

 

Olivia graduated with a Master's degree in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Michigan, Dearborn. Her therapeutic focus includes working with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and emotional disturbance, among other conditions. Olivia also works with families, adolescents, and children who may be struggling with mental health throughout various life changes. Olivia uses an integrative approach to therapy, creating a unique treatment plan to meet each individual client's needs. She also administers psychological evaluations and assessments. Olivia sees clients at the Dearborn East location.

Mariuana Paynes, MS, LLP

​

Mariuana has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She has experience supporting clients with anxiety, autism, ADHD, depression, peer challenges, self-esteem issues, emotional regulation, and other psychological and behavioral concerns. She also provides comprehensive psychological evaluations, including assessments for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and emotional or behavioral functioning. She is passionate about helping families gain a clearer understanding of their child’s strengths and needs through thoughtful, individualized feedback and recommendations. She strives to develop a supportive and individualized therapeutic experience that meets each client’s unique needs, helping them feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout their growth process. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client, creating a safe and supportive space. â€‹

Dana Randall, MA, TLLP

​

Dana earned her Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy. She is a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional with additional licensure as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). With a broad scope of experience, Dana provides therapeutic support to individuals, couples, adolescents, and children (aged six and older). Specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, family and relationship challenges, and major life transitions, Dana is committed to helping clients navigate emotional difficulties and build more fulfilling lives. Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dana employs an integrative, person-centered approach that is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. Dana empowers clients to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and implement meaningful, lasting change by creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment. She is currently completing her doctoral level internship.

Jeremy Bond

 

Jeremy earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Eastern Michigan University. He is currently pursuing a Master's in Social Work with a concentration in Interpersonal Practice at Wayne State University. Jeremy is committed to meeting individuals where they are at to process emotions and create a therapeutic alliance through talk therapy. His aim is to work collaboratively with you to pursue goals such as greater insight, behavior change, and decreased emotional distress so that you can live a more whole, joyous, and free life.​

Zach Husak

​

Zach earned his Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science at Western Michigan University. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Clinical Behavioral Psychology at Eastern Michigan University. Zach’s previous experience includes working with children and adults diagnosed with autism and with caregivers of individuals who engage in severe challenging behavior. He is looking forward to working with a diverse population of individuals, couples, and families. Zach strives to provide evidence-based services that address goals meaningful to the client through a person-centered perspective.

Madison Kuehn

​

Madison earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Madonna University. She is primarily oriented in psychodynamic theory, but takes a holistic approach by integrating techniques from emotion-focused and person-centered therapies. Madison welcomes clients from all backgrounds, with a special interest in supporting couples and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, and grief. Overall, she emphasizes collaboration as a key component in the process of healing and personal growth.​

Kali Rickertsen

​

Kali is a doctoral student in Counseling Psychology at Wayne State University. She is committed to supporting clients with a wide range of mental health concerns and brings a compassionate, integrative approach to her work. Drawing from a psychodynamic and existential-humanistic orientation, Kali emphasizes understanding each client within their unique context and fostering space for growth, reflection, and meaning-making. In addition to therapy, she is trained in conducting psychological assessments to support comprehensive care.

Anthony Thibodeaux

​

Anthony attended Madonna University to complete his Bachelor’s degree in Biology, with a secondary area of study in Psychology. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Madonna. Anthony is especially interested in working with young men and couples who are experiencing trauma and emotional distress. He hopes to assist individuals in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and difficulties within their peer and familial settings. Anthony is trained in a psychodynamic approach, however, he draws on aspects of emotion-focused and existential-humanistic therapies as well. Above all, he is committed to facilitating personal growth by fostering an open and accepting environment with his clients.
